We work with clients looking to invest in property in Bedford and the surrounding areas. We source off market BMV properties that meet our deal criteria.  If its not good enough for us it’s not good enough for you.

In addition to finding you the right property we also offer a turnkey investment service whereby we do all the refurbishment work, delivering you a property that is completed and ready to go.

 

We can even find the tenants and mange it for you should you so wish.

Services 2. Project Partner

We provide our project partners with a couple of options on working with us.

​

Our partners can either invest their funds in our projects at an agreed interest rate. The funds invested are secured against the property so that the money is always protected.

 

This offer is particularly suited to investors who want their money to earn a better return and security than they currently get from their Bank, other investment or do not really want to take on the responsibilities that owning a property brings.

​

The other option is coming on board with us as joint venture partner, giving you an opportunity to get involved in every step of the project.
